Assembly Meeting – February 27, 2020
KMKNO and Ulnooweg provided updates on several of the Assembly’s benefits projects. Ulnooweg also provided an overview of the NS Mi’kmaw Nation Development Corporation. The Assembly requested a dedicated meeting to discuss this new company. Discussions were held about the Assembly’s desire to develop a Benefits Agreement with Atlantic Gold.
Assembly Meeting – January 30, 2020
Representatives from Burchells, LLP and Ulnooweg Development Group provided an update on the Atlanticann Medical Inc. (AMI) facility, including sales projections, licensing and international sales certifications. Burchells, LLP also discussed the cannabis regime that was developed and was looking for direction on how the Assembly wants to proceed on it.
Assembly Meeting – December 12, 2019
An overview was provided on the Major Resource and Energy Development Fund that was allotted for building capacity in the energy field and used by the Assembly for the Mi’kmaq Wind Companies and Solar projects.
